Kind words from our clients

Sold a single family home in 2025 in Brea, CA.

Janell did an “excellent” job in getting our house sold. It was not easy as it was in a trust with numerous people attached, yet she handled it so smoothly and very quickly. Her knowledge of the market and the area in which we live was outstanding. I received numerous compliments from the buyer and their agents as to how easy she was to work with and she communicated to me what was happening with the escrow every step of the way. The transaction was completed without any complaints and it entered into the trust without a problem. I definitely will be using Janell again.

Janell is the best!! I want to keep buying homes just so I can keep working with her! She was always available to answer my hundreds of questions and made me feel at ease throughout the whole buying process. She stayed on top of all the new homes coming on the market and helped me find my dream home within a month! It was an awesome experience to work with her!

Bought and sold a single family home in 2015 in Camarillo, CA.

Janell Case-McCallion from Ventana Properties helped me successfully sell and purchase an incredible home in Camarillo, Ca. She was patient, very flexible, and super quick to respond to my questions. She's a personable, competent and confident women and I felt comfortable with her immediately. Janell gave great advice as far as my offer went- she was very knowledgeable about what would make our offer stand out in an extremely challenging market. She helped me view the place several times, get it pre-inspected, get my mortgage details in order, put the offer together, and beat out two other offers, all in less than a week. The seller’s realtor complimented Janell work on the offer package, saying it was unusually detailed and that she was a pleasure for her to work with. This was my second home buying experience, and Janell made it as anxiety- free as possible. I really thank her for being so quick and responsive, so we got to land our perfect forever home! I would recommend Janell and Ventana Properties to all my family and friends.

Helped me rent a single family home in Moorpark, CA.

Janell was incredibly helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. My fiancee and I were looking for rental properties in Ventura County for some time, and had been working with other agents, but no one took the time and put in the effort like Janell. Within a couple weeks of looking Janell found us a property within our budget for us and our kids. Janell is personable and communicative. Even though we weren't buying she treated us like were a priority. We really appreciate the help Janell! You are fantastic!
