The form on the home page (“Create Your Portal Today”) is saved in the site database when it passes validation. The stored fields are name, email, phone number if you provide one, subject, the “must haves” text, and the submission time in UTC. The form includes an anti-forgery token. This application does not email the submission; it only writes that row. The application code does not set a retention period or delete these rows on a schedule.
Staff sign in at the login page with an email and password. A successful sign-in sets an authentication cookie. That cookie is set to expire after 30 minutes, and the expiration slides while the site is being used. Signing out clears the sign-in. The remember-me field on the login form is not shown and defaults to off, so sign-in is not stored as a persistent login.
