Originally from Altadena, California, Rashida moved to San Francisco California to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University. Upon completion of her degree program in 1999, she moved to Ventura California and pursued her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix which she completed in 2003.
With over 20 years of cross-functional experience; Rashida brings a wide-range of skill-set and experience. She has been recognized for her outstanding leadership, exceptional customer service, industry knowledge, and strategic planning. Her experiences in life have enabled her to develop a “big picture” perspective coupled with the ability to attend to detail.
